Yurts
If you want a comfortable experience of outdoor living, you can rent one of our yurts.
The yurt is traditionally used in Mongolia by the nomadic people. This circular wooden structure is covered by waterproof canvas that creates a nice and cozy space inside.
Situated within the campsite field and sitting on a wooden platform, the yurts are on insulated level ground. The yurts are furnished with a double and two single foutons, a small table, cushions, rugs, storage space, a woodburning stove and a kettle for your comfort. They sleep comfortably up to four adults or a family of five or even six. Bedding can be provided.
A limited amount of firewood will be provided; any extra can be purchased at the farm.
For lighting we provide tea lights, lanterns, and solar fairy lights outside.

Camping
The campsite is situated on the edge of a field, sheltered under ancient oak trees, right next to one of the rare native wood and boglands.
There is a Hogan, which is a communal fire and cooking space. It is an octagonal building with a round opening in the middle of the roof, under which the fire is located. Surrounding the fire the roof space is covered to shelter kitchen and sitting areas.
Compost toilets, solar showers and washing area are also part of the facilities. In the woods not far from the campsite, you can find a spring well with fresh drinking water.
A limited amount of firewood will be provided, any extra can be purchased at the farm.
Well behaved dogs and pets are welcome if they are kept under safe control at all times. Bear in mind that this is a farm so we have animals, so your pet has to be friendly with other animals and people.
You can come here with your own tent and camping gear or campervan, and use the facilities for a ground fee (see below):
Prices:
| Tent / Camping Gear / Campervan | Ground fee per person per night |
|---|---|
| Adults (aged 18+) | €9 |
| Teens (aged 13-17) | €5 |
| Children (aged 3-12) | €3 |
